Answers before you order

FAQ

Food, ordering, delivery and REDi PREP fridge information in one place.

Our food

Is your food halal?

Yes. All meat used by REDi PREP is sourced from halal butchers.

Where do your ingredients come from?

We prioritise fresh ingredients and prepare meals weekly. Individual product information is shown on each meal page and on the meal label.

Where can I find nutrition and allergen information?

Ingredients, nutritional information and allergens are shown on the meal label and, where available, on the product page. Check the label every time because recipes and ingredients can change.

Do you offer gluten-free meals?

We cannot guarantee that meals are gluten-free or free from cross-contact. Contact REDi PREP before ordering if you have a dietary requirement; any accommodation must be confirmed for that order.

Are your meals free from allergens?

No. Meals are prepared in an environment that handles allergens. Always read the current label and product information before eating.

How long do the meals last?

Keep meals refrigerated and eat them within four days. For a longer shelf life, freeze them promptly; frozen meals can be kept for up to one month. Follow the storage and use-by information on the label.

Orders

How do I place an order?

Choose meals from the weekly menu, add them to your basket and complete checkout online. Availability and delivery options are confirmed during checkout.

When is the order deadline?

Current order windows depend on your chosen delivery or collection day. Complete checkout as early as possible because a window can close when capacity is reached.

Does the menu change?

The main collection and delivery menu changes weekly. Partner fridges carry a rotating selection of popular meals, subject to stock at each location.

What if a listed side or ingredient changes?

Fresh ingredient availability can require a substitution. Always use the current meal label as the final ingredient and allergen reference.

Do you offer group orders?

Use the Contact page for a group-order enquiry. Any availability or discount is confirmed case by case.

Delivery & pickup

Can I visit the REDi PREP kitchen?

Our Elm Tree Court site is a preparation and operations base, not a walk-in shop. Please order online or use a REDi PREP partner fridge. Only travel to the site if your order confirmation gives you a specific collection arrangement.

Do you deliver?

Local delivery availability is checked by postcode during checkout. Add a meal to your basket and enter your delivery details for the current options.

How do the meals arrive?

Meals are delivered fresh, not frozen. Refrigerate them promptly or freeze them according to the label instructions.

Can my meals be left outside?

You can provide a safe-place instruction, but chilled meals should be collected and refrigerated as quickly as possible. REDi PREP cannot take responsibility for spoilage or theft after a delivery is left as instructed.

Fridges & support

What is a REDi PREP partner fridge?

It is a stocked REDi PREP fridge placed inside a partner venue, giving customers a convenient way to choose a fresh meal on site.

When are partner fridges restocked?

The current REDi PREP service information states Tuesday and Friday restocking. Individual product availability still varies by venue.

How do I report an order problem?

Use the Contact page with your order details and a clear description of the issue. Because meals are perishable, returns are not accepted as standard; eligible remedies are assessed from the information provided.

What should I do with the containers?

Clean and reuse or recycle the meal containers according to your local recycling guidance.
