Yes, all our meats are sourced from the finest halal butchers, entrusting our produce is top quality for our customers.
WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR INGREDIENTS FROM?
Our ingredients are locally sourced. It is important to us as a company to ensure our customers are provided with the most natural and organic products, ensuring our meals are fresh as possible.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION?
All our meal prep boxes are labelled with the ingredients and nutritional information. We also display the information on our website underneath each meal. Our nutritional information includes calories, protein, carbs, fats & allergens.
DO YOU DO GLUTEN FREE MEALS?
We cannot guarantee our meals are gluten free, however upon request we may be able to accommodate gluten free options depending on the quantity of meals requested, again this is not a guarantee.
ARE YOUR MEALS FREE OF ALLERGENS?
Our meals are prepared in a safe and controlled environment. We cannot ensure our meals are free from any allergen ingredients. We display all allergen information on our packaging labels and website.
YOUR MEALS LOOK SO GOOD ARE THEY HEALTHY?
Yes! our meals are flavoursome and exciting. We are inclusive of cultural foods making easier to adapt to a realistic and sustainable diet. Being healthy doesn't mean boring! Our key to a balanced healthy lifestyle is to include cultural foods that are portioned controlled, calorie and macro counted, providing you with longer lasting results!
HOW LONG DO THE MEALS LAST?
Our meals are made with fresh ingredients and should be eaten within four days when refrigerated. For a longer shelf life, you can freeze our meals immediately. Frozen meals can last up to one month. We are not responsible for freshness of the food after our four-day shelf life.
MY MEALS SAID IT COMES WITH GREEN BEANS, BUT IT CAME WITH CABBAGE, WHY?
Meal ingredients are subject to change without notice as we use all natural and fresh ingredients. If a meal or ingredient is unavailable, we reserve the right to reconstruct dishes.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Depending on your preferred meal prep day (Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) you can simply order from our website, anytime.
WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO PLACE AN ORDER?
We have delivery/collection days on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Our deadlines to place an order is as follows:
Friday by 3pm to receive meals by Sunday between 6pm-9pm (deadlines may close early)
Sunday by 3pm to receive meals by Tuesday between 6pm-9pm (deadlines may close early)
Monday by 3pm to receive meals by Wednesday between 6pm-9pm (deadlines may close early)
Wednesday by 3pm to receive meals by Friday between 6pm-9pm (deadlines may close early)
DOES YOUR MENU CHANGE?
Our menu for our Sunday and Wednesday collection/delivery changes every Monday for the following week. Our Tuesday and Friday collection/delivery menu is mainly for our fridges. This menu features are most staple meals, so the menu doesn't change on these specific days.
WHAT DAYS DO YOU FILL UP THE REDi PREP FRIDGES?
We fill our fridges on Tuesdays and Fridays.
DELIVERY & PICKUP
DO YOU HAVE A COLLECTION POINT?
Yes, our collection point is in our café inside Elm Tree Court, BD10 0TD, Thackley, Bradford. Collection is usually from 6pm on our allocated prep days. We may contact you if delivery is any time earlier or later than 6pm.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we provide delivery locally (Bradford area) and within the surrounding areas such as Leeds, Halifax, Keighley. To determine your delivery, simply add an item to your cart and enter your postcode.
HOW DO THE MEALS ARRIVE?
Our meals are never frozen and delivered fresh to your door. Please refrigerate or freeze upon delivery.
CAN MY MEALS BE LEFT OUTSIDE?
Yes, we can leave your delivery in a safe location whilst your out. You can let our driver know of the safest place to leave your delivery once they contact you. If our driver contacts you and we don't receive a response, we reserve the right to make a judgement call on how to proceed with the delivery. We may opt to leave your delivery in a safe location inside your building or outside your home. In this case, we will take photo and send it across to you for confirmation and we ask that you receive your meals as soon as possible. If you opt for your food to be left outside, with a neighbour or we make a judgement call based on no contact, we will not be held responsible for spoilage or theft.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER OR GET A REFUND?
We are unable to accept returns because our items are perishable. If you are unhappy with your meals or service for any reason, please contact us. It is our top priority to provide our customers with the best service so if we can accommodate any dissatisfaction we will do so, we may be able to provide a refund.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THE MEAL PREP CONTAINERS?
We encourage our customers to reuse and recycle our meal prep containers. Our containers are dishwasher safe and made with recycled plastic.
